Refund policy

At Buckaroo Faith, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We gladly accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition.

  • Original tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

  • Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We are happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a refund once the original item has been received and approved.

 


 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and quality reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

  • Apparel that has been washed or worn

  • Apparel with signs of use, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

If the error was ours, we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

 


 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item.

  • Your item arrived damaged.

  • There was a manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

 


 

Refund Processing

After your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

 


 

Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 15 may be returned through January 15 to make holiday shopping easier.
