Thank you for shopping with Buckaroo Faith! Every order means a great deal to our family, and we're committed to getting your purchase to you as quickly and carefully as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after they are placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

During new product launches, holiday seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, Buckaroo Faith may offer free shipping promotions. Any qualifying order minimums or promotional terms will be clearly stated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Buckaroo Faith is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@buckaroofaith.com. While we'll do our best to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Buckaroo Faith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

If you still need help, please reach out to us and we'll gladly assist you in working with the carrier.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We'll review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Split Shipments

Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery or because items are fulfilled from different inventory batches.

If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated shipping timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volume
  • Holidays
  • Other unforeseen events

We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned because it could not be delivered, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Once the package is returned to us, we'll contact you regarding reshipment or, if applicable, process a refund for the merchandise minus any shipping or carrier charges we incurred.
